Frank Sinatra, Class of 1966

A member of Farrell’s second graduating class, Frank began his career in business writing stock tickets at the investment firm of Bache, Halsey, Stuart & Shields, which eventually became Prudential Securities.

Working his way up from the ground floor of the firm, Frank rose to the top of the company, becoming Managing Director at Prudential Securities, one of the largest bond firms in the world.

A dedicated Farrell Man, Frank served on the Executive Steering Committee during the Campaign for Monsignor Farrell under Monsignor Emmet Nevin in 1998, which raised money for the school’s WFBN Television Studio, the installation of lights on the athletic field, a new computer science lab, the physical fitness center, and many upgrades to the existing facilities.

He also served for a number of years on the Farrell Board of Directors under Msgr. John Paddack.

Frank and Dottie, his wife of more than forty years, are also Farrell parents.  Sons, Frank Jr. and Timothy graduated from Farrell in 1995 and 2000, respectively.

“I am happy to say that both of my sons have experienced the benefits of a Farrell education.  It’s important that the tradition of excellence continues,” he said.
